Top Five Holiday Books 2020
•Posted on December 10 2020

Books were always part of gifts for family members and friends — these books always told important lessons and had beautiful illustrations. Let’s pass this love on to your littles and teach them how impactful reading can be. Our holiday book collection is growing everyday and today we’ve compiled a list of holiday books we think are worth reading to the children in your lives. Enjoy!
1. How the Grinch Stole Christmas
A Dr. Seuss classic. The Grinch has been foiled! The Grinch hates Christmas, and wants to stop it from coming. So he forms a devious plan: to impersonate Santy Claus and to steal the Whos’ Christmas presents. But come Christmas morning, the Grinch is in for a shocking surprise. He did not stop Christmas from coming! And the Grinch realizes something new. That maybe Christmas doesn’t come from a store. That maybe Christmas . . . perhaps . . . means a little bit more!
2. Good Night, Reindeer
In this clever twist on the "Night Before Christmas" a gingerbread boy, baked as a treat for Santa, saves the day when two exuberant puppies are about to create a Christmas catastrophe. This makes a wonderful gift when paired with gingerbread cookies or gingerbread cookie mix & cookie cutters!
3. Memoirs of an Elf
From the team behind Memoirs of a Goldfish and Memoirs of a Hamster, comes a memoir penned by Spark Elf. Santa has just 24 hours to complete his deliveries around the world. With cookies to eat and puppies to pet, will the toys be delivered on time? Filled with adorable little-known facts about Santa, and technology suited to today's young readers (the elves take 'elfies' rather than selfies and use a super navigational system for the big trip), and a stowaway pup, this is a crowd pleaser!
4. Fancy Nancy
Meet Nancy, who believes that more is ALWAYS better when it comes to being fancy. From the top of her tiara down to her sparkly studded shoes, Nancy is determined to teach her family a thing or two about being fancy. How Nancy transforms her parents and little sister for one enchanted evening makes for a story that is funny and warm -- with or without the frills.
5. Santa Rex
Christmas season has arrived, and nothing says holiday cheer quite like candy canes, hot cocoa, and DINOSAURS! Cordelia is celebrating her favorite winter holiday with her Cretaceous buddies and everything is just peachy–as long as nobody topples the Christmas tree. Oops…too late! This year, will Santa Rex bring her everything she asked for?
