For my very first time having twins I was overwhelmed with not knowing what was best for them as far as car seats and strollers. I googled tadpole in Boston and it was the best decision ever! Anna was so knowledgeable and very sweet! Anna helped my husband and I although way and helped us make sure that our twins were in the safest and best car seats and strollers. The whole experience was like no other. We felt as if she cares and listened to our concerns. I am so happy with our purchases and continue to buy baby things for our twins. I’m obsessed with this store, their products, and of course their service.

As first-time parents, my husband and I came in to Tadpole feeling rather lost on where to even start when it came to choosing the right stroller for us/our lifestyle. A woman from Tadpole, Valeria, took us under her wing so-to-speak, and walked us through at least 3-4 different strollers, if not a few more...! We were able to walk the strollers around the store a bit, asked plenty of questions, and tried out different car seat and stroller combos. Valeria was so helpful, kind, and patient with us! Since the visit, we've placed our order and have spoken with other people who work at Tadpole that have also been so kind and helpful. With so much information and so many products available online, it was really refreshing to go into a store and get in-person help with such knowledgable and friendly people. It was such a relief to us, as new parents to be!

I’ve been to tadpole twice now to check out baby gear (specifically strollers, car seats, and carriers) and both time I received great advice and 1:1 assistance! Everyone I spoke with was so friendly let patient with my 1000 questions and encouraged me to test strollers outside! I also got to practice putting in a car seats in their mock car chair. Ive recommended tadpole to a couple expecting mothers who also found the store really helpful! It’s small but really gets the job done!
