Overall, I was pleased with the online ordering and picking up in store process, however, I ordered my gift off a registry and the person who's registry it was got an email saying I had purchased a gift and it was ready to be picked up. This caused a lot of confusion, because she received the email after I had already picked up my purchase. It also took the surprise out of the gift, which was disappointing.
