SAFETY

• Detachable nest should ONLY be used while baby is awake and parent is supervising. Baby should not sleep in nest when detached from base or be left unattended. Do not detach nest or move it around the house while baby is inside. When detached, nest should ONLY be used on the floor. Do not use on raised or unlevel surfaces.
• Always place your baby on their back for sleep. Never use soft bedding such as loose blankets, bumpers, pillows, and positioners in the BassiNest. The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests the use of wearable blankets to keep your baby warm.
• Discontinue use when the infant pushes up on hands and knees or reaches 20 lbs.
